Sales and Customer Service Expertise

Glen Callum Associates requires an experienced Sales and Customer Service Professional to strengthen our UK sales team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in delivering excellent sales support and account management services in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Key Duties:

  • Providing sales support and account management services to our UK customers.
  • Developing and maintaining strong customer relationships through first-class customer service skills.
  • Processing orders and setting up new customers to ensure a smooth and seamless customer experience.
  • Increasing average order values through effective communication and negotiation skills.

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years' experience in Customer Service or Internal Account Management.
  • Knowledge and experience of supporting a field sales based function.
  • High level of IT literacy, particularly in presentations packages and analytical capabilities via Microsoft Excel.
  • Clear and concise communication skills, both written and verbal.

What We Offer:
