About the Job

We are seeking two Internal Account Managers/Tele-Sales Account Managers to support the UK sales team and provide seamless sales and account management support.

Job Overview

The ideal candidate will have experience in customer service or internal account management, preferably in a large motor factor, industrial/engineering supplies/distributor, or trade commodities environment.

Responsibilities
  1. Supporting a field sales function and providing attentive customer service.
  2. Taking and processing orders while building solid customer relationships.
  3. Increasing incremental sales to raise average order values.
  4. Setting up and onboarding new customers for a smooth customer experience.
Requirements
