Job Description:
The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering and developing c class Garage Workshop Consumables programmes to vertical markets expanding across the Engineering Supplies, Industrial Distribution and MRO space.
Responsibilities:
- Delivering seamless sales and account management support across UK business functions
- Developing strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders
- Increasing average order values through exceptional customer service skills
- Setting up and onboarding new customers to ensure a smooth experience
- Utilizing IT literacy, particularly presentation packages and analytical capabilities via Microsoft Excel
- Communicating effectively, both written and verbally, with a professional outlook
- Maintaining high levels of organization and work ethic, approaching tasks tenaciously
- Punctuality and enthusiasm are essential for success in this role
Requirements:
- Experience within Customer Service or Internal Account Management, preferably in a large Motor Factor, Industrial / Engineering Supplies / Distributor or Trade Commodities environment
- Excellent sales and business support skills, with a nose for increasing sales and developing customer spends
- 1st class customer service skills, with potential for long-term ambition to move into a field-based sales role
Salary and Benefits:
- Negotiable salary (£30k) + Bonus + Pension
- No weekends required; Mon - Fri working week
