Job Description:

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering and developing c class Garage Workshop Consumables programmes to vertical markets expanding across the Engineering Supplies, Industrial Distribution and MRO space.

Responsibilities:

  • Delivering seamless sales and account management support across UK business functions
  • Developing strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders
  • Increasing average order values through exceptional customer service skills
  • Setting up and onboarding new customers to ensure a smooth experience
  • Utilizing IT literacy, particularly presentation packages and analytical capabilities via Microsoft Excel
  • Communicating effectively, both written and verbally, with a professional outlook
  • Maintaining high levels of organization and work ethic, approaching tasks tenaciously
  • Punctuality and enthusiasm are essential for success in this role

Requirements:

  • Experience within Customer Service or Internal Account Management, preferably in a large Motor Factor, Industrial / Engineering Supplies / Distributor or Trade Commodities environment
  • Excellent sales and business support skills, with a nose for increasing sales and developing customer spends
  • 1st class customer service skills, with potential for long-term ambition to move into a field-based sales role

Salary and Benefits:

  • Negotiable salary (£30k) + Bonus + Pension
