Internal Sales Specialist

Glen Callum Associates Ltd is expanding its UK sales team and seeking a talented Internal Sales Account Manager to contribute to its success. This exciting opportunity will allow you to develop your skills in sales and account management while working closely with our experienced sales team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Delivering and developing programmes to strengthen our sales presence in vertical markets
- Developing and maintaining strong customer relationships to increase sales and order values
- Providing exceptional customer service and support to ensure seamless sales and account management across the UK business functions
What We Offer:
- A competitive salary of approximately £30,000 per annum, plus bonus and pension scheme
- A flexible working week (Monday to Friday) with no weekend work
Requirements:
- Proven experience in customer service or internal account management within a large motor factor, industrial or engineering supplies industry
- Excellent sales and business support skills, with a focus on increasing sales and developing customer spends
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build solid customer relationships
Skills and Qualifications:
- Ability to take and process orders efficiently
- Knowledge of supporting a field sales-based function and attentive customer service skills
- High level of IT literacy, particularly in presentation packages and analytical capabilities via Microsoft Excel
- Clear and concise communication skills, both written and verbal
