**About the Role: **

We have a truly exciting opportunity within our Global HR team. We are looking for an ambitious, enthusiastic, and creative UK - HR, Communications and Engagement Officer who is passionate about our purpose, mission and values.

**Responsibilities**:
You will be responsible for creating innovative communication plans and take reasonability for the design and delivery of communications to engage staff. The will include the production of global business updates via Team Briefings, Newsletters, engagement survey collections and analysis, on-boarding and exit interviews. You will also need to be able to demonstrate an integrated approach to project management to enable the successful delivery of a wide range of employee engagement campaigns including celebratory events.

**Requirements**:
You will need to be CIPD qualified and be able to demonstrate prior experience with planning and delivering communications campaigns with a focus on engagement planning, specifically the design and development of engaging, targeted content and messages suitable for use across a range of channels.
Able to work on own initiative, prioritise work and collaborate within a wider team and possess strong interpersonal and communication skills with excellent listening skills with the ability to hear and take into account diverse opinions. This role will be based at our Head Office in Stoke but as this is a UK role, travel to our Wax Lyrical business based in the Lake District will be required.
