Specialist knowledge of the BS Select System.

Knowledge of various hospital computers systems including CRIS, Trakcare, Infoflex, PAS and P2P. Excellent communication, interpersonal, negotiating and influencing skills both written and verbal to lead and support staff which may sometimes be contentious and conflict with expectations of senior medical staff. Experience of developing services by using initiative and thinking creatively to generate ideas and possible solutions to improve service delivery. Audit, monitoring and evaluation.

Strong planning and organisational skills Ability to effectively prioritise workload whilst dealing with constant interruptions and resolving unforeseen problems as they occur. Knowledge of cancer pathways.
