As an Administrative Coordinator, you will be responsible for supporting the project team with administrative tasks, recruiting and scheduling market research interview participants, ensuring client briefs are met fully, and managing resources. The successful candidate will have a strong academic background, excellent communication skills, and a keen eye for detail.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a vibrant team in the centre of Cheltenham as an Administrative Coordinator. The ideal candidate will be driven to succeed and able to work efficiently to complete tasks. As part of this role, you will play an active role in client briefings, book and manage resources, and contact and update clients regularly.

The ideal candidate will have a strong academic background, at least 6 months previous commercial exposure, excellent communication skills, and be driven to succeed. Benefits include a 35-hour working week, Monday to Friday, 9am – 5pm, 25 days holiday plus bank holidays, various social activities, Perkbox employee benefits scheme, and working in a diverse and sociable and fun team.

A salary of £22,500 per annum makes this an attractive opportunity to develop your skills and experience in a dynamic and supportive environment.
