Sales Coordinator

We are currently seeking a Sales Coordinator to join our team and support our sales efforts. The Sales Coordinator will play a key role in orchestrating sales activities and providing administrative support to the sales team. This individual will work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure the smooth coordination of sales processes and facilitate effective communication with clients.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Coordinate sales activities and provide administrative support to the sales team.
- Assist with the preparation and processing of sales orders, quotes, and invoices.
- Manage sales-related documentation and maintain accurate records in the CRM system.
- Liaise with internal departments to ensure timely delivery of products and services to clients.
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide information about products and services.
- Assist with the coordination of sales meetings, presentations, and events.
- Prepare sales reports and analyse sales data to identify trends and opportunities.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets.
- Provide general administrative support to the sales team as needed.
**Qualifications**:
- Previous experience in a sales support or coordination role is preferred.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively.
- Self-motivated with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
**Skills and Experience**:
- Demonstrated ability to effectively coordinate sales activities and support a sales team.
- Experience with CRM systems, such as Salesforce or HubSpot, preferred.
