Salary: £30,000 per annum
Job Description:This is a challenging yet rewarding opportunity to join our team as a Support Services Coordinator. As a vital member of the department, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive administrative support to ensure efficient day-to-day operations.
- Main Responsibilities:
- Provide direct administrative support to a team by scheduling appointments and coordinating meetings.
- Prepare and format complex documents, presentations, and reports.
- Maintain and organise electronic and hard copy files, guaranteeing all documents are up to date and easily accessible.
- Handle correspondence, including emails and phone calls, responding to inquiries as necessary and directing them to the relevant team member.
- Support the team in various administrative tasks, such as data entry and document management.
Requirements:
- Prior experience as a Secretary or Administrator in a similar field.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in work.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and a strong sense of initiative.
