Forming and maintaining good working relationships with external companies is crucial as you will be the first point of contact for initial enquiries and are representing Mantis Energy. Duties listed below may change as per the needs of the company.

- Ability to adapt to various client needs and styles working with both domestic and commercial project teams

**MANTIS ENERGY OFFER**

**MAIN DUTIES (Duties may change as per needs of the company)**:

- **File Management**: Basic maintenance of files, cleanliness, consistent formatting, project tracking and archiving.
- **Meeting & Calendar Scheduling**: Arranging meetings with potential and existing clients as well as referral partners.
- **Surveying & Services Scheduling**: Arranging surveys with internal and 3rdparty surveyors.
- **Quotation & Invoicing Preparations**: Services with set prices, timelines and locations will be provided to allow for the sending of quotations to potential and existing clients. Invoices will also be required to be sent to clients as well as chasing up of unpaid invoices
- **Purchases & Expenses**: A variety of purchases and expenses will need to be tracked and logged in accounting software.
- **Bank Reconciliation**: Bank reconciliations will be required as per client’s payments, purchases and any other transactions that occur with the business bank account.
- **Ad-hoc duties**:As and when required by the management team and will include tender review & management, Overdue invoice chasing & due reminders, process writing

**TRAINING AND DEVELOPMENT**:

- Training for both technical and soft skills will be provided
- A progression plan will be put in place to support career development

**QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE**
- Previous experience as an administrator
- Experience with core Microsoft office software (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Working knowledge Microsoft excel formulas and functions
- Experience working in a more technical administrative role preferred
- Previous experience with tenders advantageous

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £11.50 per hour
