The role of Administrator is a challenging and busy role, it involves managing a live active order, managing it from start to finish, dealing with any issues or problems along the way, and working with different teams within the business to meet the client's expectations and deadlines.

**Responsibilities**:

- Perform general administrative duties, including data entry, filing, and organizing documents
- Answer phone calls and provide excellent phone etiquette
- Manage orders coming into the team dealing with them from start to finish
- Provide costings and quotations, input calculations onto the CRM system
- Planning of complex orders, planning of new timescales for orders
- Managing the company diary, inputting with new deliveries and pick up's
- Deal with any problems or issues concerning the order (delivery times, low stock)
- Identify any problems within the order at early stages
- Check all paperwork and documents have been allocated to the right order
- Provide administrative support to team members as necessary

**Skills**:

- Good administration skills, keen to learn on the job
- Strong data entry skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
- Basic clerical skills, such as filing, scanning, and photocopying documents
- Strong administrative skills to handle day-to-day office operations
- Professional phone etiquette with excellent verbal and written communication skills
