The Opportunity
We are hiring a Marketing Coordinator to support all GPN brands sold within the region i.e. Optimum Nutrition, BSN, Isopure, LevlUp, SlimFast, Nutramino & Body&Fit, with greater focus on Optimum Nutrition. This is a chance to get close to world’s leading sports nutrition brand. Reporting through to the Vice President, EMEA & ASPAC the Marketing Coordinator, EMEA & ASPAC, will have direct responsibility for providing support to the central marketing function, which consists of Insight & Analytics, Innovation and Brand Marketing. A great stepping stone into a well -rounded Marketing role which allows experience across the 3 different functions, gaining exposure from a hands-on and strategic projects perspective.

In essence, the Marketing Coordinator, EMEA & ASPAC, has two sets of responsibilities:
Undertaking daily administrative tasks to ensure the functionality and coordination of the department’s activities.
Providing ad hoc support of selective Brand, Insights & Analytics (I&A) and Innovation projects

**Details of the responsibilities**:
**Marketing Administration & Coordination**:
Purchase Orders & Invoice management
Central marketing/Sub-function budget management & Tracking
Internal Event Management - budget management, room venue hire, catering, invitations, audio-visual equipment hire
Stock ordering for sampling events, launches and research
Artwork Supply to Global Creative Services and Upload onto Brand Folder
Adhoc support to specific Insights & Analytics + Innovation Projects:
Primary and secondary research support including liaising with Zappi - a key concept testing supplier; creating databases, analyzing results by sub-groups and preparing high level reports
Research plan and execution for Attest - DIY platform
Management of the consumer Panel - Qual platform
Adhoc support for data pulls to support go to market plans, sell-in decks
Trends support/extracts for international
Maintain register on key competitor launches (& maintain key competitor shelf display in London office)
Lead the development and distribution of monthly Innovation newsletters
Support on key innovation projects as required
Liaison with Product testing agencies to ensure products samples are ordered and forwarded
Adhoc support to Brand Marketing (Please note that not all projects will be live at the same time. Below shows the type of project support needed)
Help Plan and Coordinate Brand Partnership Executions eg. Whoop
Coordinate Product and Content Shoots associated with Campaign and Innovation Launches (inc. talent)
Manage the Upload of Top Performing Posts on Int’l Microsoft Lists Platform (plus build out the on-going cross market comms)
Manage the supply and saving of Educational content onto Brand Folder

**Education/Experience**:
Degree level qualifications and/or similar in marketing
1-2 years’ experience in entry level brand marketing, innovation &/or insights role
A passion for consumer marketing
Consumer first mindset and ability to work with insights/data.

Given the exposure to the various central marketing functions and the interfacing with both the UK/Continental Europe brand and commercial teams, this role provides a strong foundation to potentially progress into either a specialized central marketing role (Brand, Innovation or I&A) or in market brand or commercial role.
