Amazon Web Services is seeking an experienced Digital Marketing Leader for EMEA where you can do just that.

Key job responsibilities
**In particular, this individual will**:
2. Lead the transformation of EMEA digital marketing, increasing the impact of the function and the team.
3. Manage web operations function, responsible for the deployment, operation, maintenance, and repair of web-based registration, events and content pages.
4. Drive an integrated operating model across digital and wider marketing functions.
5. Set goals, track and optimize performance. Report results, generate insights and share learnings across the entire customer journey.
6. Lead a geographically dispersed team of talented marketers and collaborate closely with global teams to drive innovation, investment and development decisions. Including country based digital marketing teams to drive best practice.
7. Foster the culture of innovation, built on data to measure and understand customer success.
8. Be an excellent verbal and written communicator with strong analytic, and quantitative skills.
