Marketing Strategy Development


As the Head of Marketing EMEA, you will work closely with senior leaders to establish and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy for the region.


The successful candidate will have a proven track record of developing and implementing successful marketing campaigns that drive business growth and meet or exceed sales targets.


Campaign Management


You will oversee the delivery of integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including digital, social media, and event marketing.


A key aspect of the role will be to manage projects efficiently, identify risks, and allocate and manage resources effectively.


Collateral Development


Responsibilities will include working with the Global Head of Brand, Creative & Digital to develop a content strategy for the region.


You will be responsible for the direction of promotional activities, collateral, and web content for the UK, EMEA, LatAm, and US Offshore markets.


Digital Marketing


The role will involve working with the Global Web team to ensure digital dissemination channels are used effectively as part of the marketing mix.


You will be responsible for ensuring websites are up-to-date and content is displayed efficiently, articulating requirements and needs for each country site.


Event Management


As the Head of Marketing EMEA, you will manage Event Managers to ensure regional events are planned and delivered in line with the events schedule, budget, and brand guidelines.


You will also be responsible for managing Event Professionals to meet the needs of the UK, EMEA, LatAm, and US Offshore retail, wholesale, and institutional requirements.


Regulatory Compliance


The successful candidate will work closely with Compliance to ensure all marketing material and content is suitably compliant with local jurisdictional requirements.

Requirements



  • Significant marketing experience within the asset management industry, including direct contact with sales and in-depth knowledge of the sales process.
  • Proven ability as a results-oriented leader with prior experience in a management role.
  • Ability to develop comprehensive marketing strategies that successfully drive business goals.
  • Excellent planning and project management skills and proven experience of managing fully integrated cross-channel marketing campaigns.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including presenting at senior management level.
  • Confident and decisive with the ability to develop and maintain effective relationships and a good level of networking skills.
  • Demonstrated people management skills and prior experience managing a team.

Nice to Have



  • In-depth knowledge of investment products and markets, and the competitive environment.
  • Ability to demonstrate extensive knowledge of UK, European, and LatAm markets and business channels.
  • Thorough understanding of regulatory frameworks across EMEA and LatAm, with particular focus on TCF and FCA rules relating to financial promotions.
  • Proven experience of and ability to demonstrate strategic as well as practical marketing skills.
  • Significant financial marketing experience.
  • CIM Professional Diploma, marketing degree, or equivalent preferred.
  • Degree educated.
  • IMC preferred.
  • European languages preferred.
