Job Summary

We are seeking a Marketing Program Coordinator (EMEA) to join our corporate events marketing team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for leading the event marketing and branding efforts to generate leads and increase brand awareness.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Product Marketing, Creative, and Demand Generation, to understand the business environment, brand, and messaging for each event. Your responsibilities will include managing the entire program/event execution process, developing and collaborating on high-impact marketing activities, and reviewing and reporting on event ROI and performance.

We are looking for an experienced event manager who has a strong understanding of the technology industry and has worked with executive attendees at industry tradeshows such as Infosec and Gartner events. You should have a proven track record of managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders across the globe and possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage marketing and branding efforts at corporate tradeshows and conferences in EMEA
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand the business environment, brand, and messaging for each event
  • Develop and collaborate on high-impact, cost-effective marketing activities that support channel and field efforts through corporate events
  • Review and report on event ROI and performance to determine successes, recommendations, and best practices for future campaigns and events

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in managing large event conferences, ideally supporting a direct, enterprise sales force in the technology industry and executive attendees is preferred
  • Direct experience with industry tradeshows such as Infosec and Gartner events
  • Experience managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders across the globe

Salary Range: $90,000 - $120,000 per year
