**NHS Professionals is looking for a Talent Coordinator to join the talent team on a**
**full-time**
**permanent basis. The**
**position**
**is a hybrid working role with some**
**office**
**days and the rest will be based working from home.**

As part of the Talent Management Team, you will be supporting all things 'Talent' at NHSP. You will be passionate about development, have strong organisation and communication skills and act as the professional point of contact for development enquiries. A passion for Early Careers is a must, as you will be supporting our highly successful Apprenticeship programme and working with our Talent Managers to build this offering.

**Responsibilities**
- Support the Talent Managers with Corporate Induction, Training Events, Assessment Days
- Maintain the internal corporate training calendar
- Coordinate the arrangement and provision of training course materials
- Coordinating with both external training providers and in-house trainers to organise the necessary training along with appropriate venues ensuring quality and value for money
- Researching additional training providers and assessing their suitability against a range of criteria in preparation for procurement
- Organising and maintaining effective processes, procedures and documentation with proper version control
- Arranging and attending meetings and events including selecting venues, preparing correspondence, agendas, support papers, notes and actions

To be successful in this role you will have the following attributes
- Experience of working in a talent function or HR role
- Experience of managing high volume administration
- Proficient in a good range of Computer software
- Ability to work with colleagues at all levels and able to influence and motivate learners
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Be motivated by seeing a colleague's career journey
