Wellbeing Activity Specialist

We are looking for a dedicated and motivated Activities and Wellbeing Coordinator to join our team at The Talent Hub in Hemel Hempstead, Hertfordshire.
The successful candidate will have a passion for working with older adults and providing person-centred care. They will be responsible for identifying residents' activity needs and wishes, producing a varied programme based on these findings, and exploring the most appropriate methods and resources for meeting activity needs.
The role offers a competitive salary of £11.75 per hour, plus 50p p/h weekend enhancement, with opportunities for additional qualifications and training.
