You will collaborate with senior leadership, the people team, and operational colleagues to create a comprehensive and equitable rewards approach, focusing on employee engagement, retention, and performance.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience in reward management within large, complex environments. You will design and implement impactful compensation and benefits strategies that align with business objectives.

  • Partner with senior leadership to design and implement compensation and benefits strategies that support business performance and retention.
  • Lead job benchmarking and market reviews to ensure competitive compensation.
  • Oversee the design and management of a colleague benefits package, including health and wellbeing programs, salary sacrifice schemes, and more.

Average salary for this position in the UK is approximately £60,000 - £80,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
