M4 Recruitment - Hemel & Dunstable is partnering with our client to find a skilled Reward Manager to lead their compensation and benefits strategy. This is an exciting opportunity to shape the company's reward framework across the UK.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive compensation and benefits strategy that aligns with business objectives.

Job Description

The Reward Manager will be responsible for:

  • Creating a compensation and benefits strategy that reflects industry trends and best practices
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with business objectives
  • Conducting market research to stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices

A strong understanding of employment law and regulatory requirements is essential for this role.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels.

We estimate the salary for this role to be around £55,000-£75,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you will need:

  • A degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field
  • Proven experience in compensation and benefits management
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
