Job Title: Light Vehicle Technician Lead

We are looking for a skilled Light Vehicle Technician Lead to join our team at KPI People Ltd. As a key member of our workshop team, you will be responsible for carrying out servicing and repairs to manufacturer standards. Your expertise will include cam belt, clutch, gearbox, and engine repairs/replacements, as well as electrical and mechanical diagnostics. You will also be responsible for new car PDI's and used car MPC's warranty repairs.

This is an excellent opportunity to advance your career in automotive maintenance. With a basic salary of £30,000 - £40,000 DOE and the potential to earn up to £60,000+, you will be rewarded for your hard work. The working hours are Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm, with Saturdays worked on a 1 in 4 basis. We require a Level 2/3 NVQ or equivalent in Light Vehicle Maintenance and a full UK driving licence. An active MOT tester licence (Class 4 & 7) and hybrid/EV qualifications are also desirable.
