About The Talent Hub

We are seeking a Care Coordinator to join our team at St Paul's Care Centre in Hemel Hempstead. This role involves identifying residents' activity needs and wishes through discussion, assessment, and observation.

The successful candidate will have the right to live and work in the UK, be able to work in a team, and possess a caring nature and positive attitude.

Salary: £11.75 per hour, plus 50p p/h weekend enhancement (approximately £23,944 - £25,110 per annum based on 20 hours per week).

About the Role:

  • Produce a varied programme of activities based on residents' needs and wishes.
  • Organise theme and fund-raising events as required, involving internal and external sources.
  • Support in the management of monthly activity budgets for entertainment, materials, and outings.
  • Ensure risk assessments have been carried out on all activities and outings.
