An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the Postgraduate Office within the Faculty of Health & Medicine, supporting the team in managing postgraduate programmes of study including doctoral programmes across the whole faculty. You will manage a small team of coordinators and an assistant to undertake work to maximize our students’ experience and support academic colleagues. This role will have responsibility for all the Postgraduate Coordinators who support the postgraduate taught and research programmes across all three divisions within the Faculty of Health & Medicine.

You will have experience of working in a busy office environment and be able to manage a busy workload, to meet the demands of various stakeholders. You will be an excellent communicator and problem solver and be able to work effectively under mínimal supervision and as a team. Previous experience of managing a small team would also be advantageous.
