We are seeking to appoint a Student Programmes Co-ordinator to work in our Postgraduate Programmes Office within the Department of Marketing. The role holder will join a vibrant and friendly department, working within a professional team of 6 staff, amongst 43 academic staff, as well as working collaboratively with other departments, faculties and student services across the university. The role holder will work with key staff to co-ordinate the smooth running of our PG programmes and modules.

We are a department committed to excellence in teaching and student experience, and pride ourselves on delivering a curriculum that is contemporary, theoretically informed and practitioner relevant.

This is an exciting opportunity for a positive and self-motivated individual to join a thriving programme delivery team and student body. Applicants should have HE experience of programme administration and understand issues faced by staff and students. An ability to communicate effectively with a variety of stakeholders; to work flexibly as part of a team as well as independently; to manage and prioritise workload whilst delivering excellent customer service. Good IT, record keeping and data management skills are also essential.
