The Department of Physics at Lancaster University is seeking to appoint a full time Student Programmes Officer, to lead a small team of staff, working closely with academic colleagues, to support the delivery and administration of student programmes and the student experience across both undergraduate and postgraduate programmes.

**ABOUT YOU**

You will:

- Be able to demonstrate experience of, or clear potential to, manage or lead a team of people to deliver a high standard of customer service, whilst ensuring ongoing review of practices and implementation of effective and appropriate change and development.
- Be a self-motivated team player, with a commitment to professional development, for yourself and your team.
- Have experience of delivering high quality student administration.
- Be able to demonstrate competent IT skills and the ability to work with new systems and software in an evolving digital environment.
