We are currently recruiting for a customer support and office administration assistant to work within our fast moving online personalised gifts business.

**WHAT WILL I BE DOING?**

The customer support role will involve answering customer queries regarding orders, responding to messages and working with customers to create gifts.

The office administration role will involve resource management, rota planning, holiday allocation and absence reporting for payroll purposes. Other general administration duties may also be required.

All staff are required to support our order fulfilment team when needed, and package items ready for shipping which may involve gift wrapping.

You will work individually as part of a larger team and must be able to manage your own work load.

**WHAT DOES THIS INVOLVE?**

Main responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

- Managing the office admin workload including maintaining rotas, managing annual leave requests and sickness absence reporting for payroll purposes
- Other general administrative tasks as required
- Printing order labels and managing post using both RM Click & Drop and Amazon Prime
- Packaging and gift wrapping
- Being an all round superstar

**STAND OUT FROM THE CROWD**

We are a multi channel e-commerce retailer therefore experience (as a seller or working for a seller) in any of the following platforms or others would be a **distinct advantage**:

- Royal Mail Click & Drop
- Ebay
- Etsy
- Shopify Stores

Previous experience in an administration or resource planning role would be an advantage

**ANY PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS?**

We are looking for someone who can flex between roles when needed. While supporting the order fulfilment side of the business, you will be required to stand for periods of time. We work incredibly fast at times - you will need the stamina to keep up

Some lifting is involved e.g. post bags and stock replenishment.

**WHEN & WHERE WILL I BE WORKING?**

Working hours are negotiable but we are looking for someone able to work 9am-3pm three days per week. We also work a one-in-four Saturday (morning only) rota. There is potential for additional hours around busier periods - our work is highly seasonal around gifting events.

We are based in Cramlington. Transport will be required, on site parking is free.
