Job Title - CRM Executive
- Location - BL9 8RR
- Working rota - Monday - Friday
- Working hours - 9:00 - 5:30
**What You'll Be Doing: -**
As a CRM Executive, **you'll **be doing the following:
- Supporting the ongoing maintenance of the daily BAU plans
- Supporting with reporting to measure campaign effectiveness in order to drive future recommendations
- Working with the wider multichannel team, merchandising team, sports teams and brand teams to plan engaging CRM campaigns promoting key product areas and brand messages
- Defining, proposing and implementing a targeted approach to all communications
**What We're Looking For**:
- Knowledge of Excel and Google Docs would be an advantage.
- University graduate or equivalent marketing qualification is advantageous.
- Strong organisational skills and to be able to multitask are essential.
- Someone willing to learn
