**Remuneration Package**:
The position offers a salary of up to £24k, with negotiable terms based on experience, and a monthly commission of up to 5% of profit. Additionally, you will have full account retention on spending accounts. Comprehensive training and development will be provided from day one of employment.
**Responsibilities**:
- Your primary goal will be to meet the needs and objectives of designated customers. This involves understanding their requirements and tailoring sales proposals to effectively demonstrate how our products and services can meet their needs.
- You will generate and qualify leads through cold calling and follow-up calls. Additionally, you will manage the complete sales cycle, including negotiation, closing, and timely delivery of services.
- You must establish and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and continuously update customers' records to ensure accurate sales forecasts.
- Collaborate with internal teams to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
**Requirements**:
- Proven recent experience in a sales, customer service, or account management role, preferably in a targeted phone-based position.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and develop lasting client relationships.
- Results-driven and target-oriented.
- Proactive and self-motivated, with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
- Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools.
