We are seeking a highly skilled HR Administrator to join and support our wider HR Department. This individual will be responsible for ensuring our employee data is maintained on our integrated HR system and working with the wider HR team providing support to the business. This position is vital for optimising operations and supporting the integration of digital processes while providing an effective service to our 700+ employees across the Group.

**Key duties include**:

- Administration and maintenance of HRIS system
- Ensure the accuracy and integrity of all employee data
- Support our recruitment and onboarding process
- Collate data and prepare reports relating to HR data
- General HR administration and support within the department
- Experience in administration or a similar role
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting
- Highly confidential and trustworthy
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
