**OVERVIEW OF THE ROLE**

**As a Screening and Onboarding Coordinator you will be responsible for a variety of different tasks to support the day-to-day delivery of our People Team in line with our wider business objectives. The role will be responsible for providing administrative and co-ordination support in the following areas: pre-employment screening, induction, onboarding, and refresher screening checks.**

**Responsibilities for Screening & Onboarding Co-Ordinator**
- Management of shared mailbox
- Initiating and managing pre-employment screenings across EMEA, NAM and APAC until completion
- Supporting and conducting inductions, welcome sessions, and new joiner queries
- Assisting with issuing reference requests and Right to Work checks.
- Effectively communicating with all stakeholders daily to ensure all parties are informed of progress of their queries or requests within the defined SLA.
- Assist with keeping up to date personnel records.
- Updating information in our HCM, Oracle
- Other duties which are reasonably within the capabilities of a staff member in this position may need to be performed from time to time, in addition to or instead of the above duties. Please note, the requirements of this role may change over time and staff are required to comply with all such reasonable changes.

**SKILLS, QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE**
- 1-2 years proven administration experience with the ability to support in a very busy, fast-paced environment
- Accuracy and attention to detail
- Ability to prioritise and organise workload
- Excellent communication skills
- Experience with MS Office Suite including Excel
- Positive and proactive attitude
- Corporate experience preferable but not essential
- Experience with Oracle or other similar HCM system
