Bollhoff Ltd are manufacturers of the world leading Helicoil brand of Wire Thread Inserts.

The position would possibly suit someone from a Quality or Production Engineering background looking to diversify. Training is on going and thorough and mainly carried out by our specialist team in Germany, therefore a passport is required.

Salary is negotiable and commensurate with experience.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop employees on their CI Journey.
- Guide people in their communication and how to solve problems effectively.
- Teach employees how to manage their time effectively.
- Mentor employees how to negotiate to resolve conflicts with other people.
- Culture change
- As our resident Lean expert you will have the drive to get the job done

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £30,000.00-£36,000.00 per year

**Benefits**:

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- No weekends

Supplemental pay types:

- Bonus scheme

Work Location: In person
