If so, we are looking for Warehouse Business Improvement Professional who contributes to consequent implementation of Business Excellence strategy and approaches and/or advances top+ tools and methods as expert to continuously improve business performance.

You will initiate, support and coach process Excellence, lean activities and structural optimizations within the warehouse, pre-production activities and the activities between the warehouse and production.

Some of the key areas we want you to be involved in include:
- Drives and supports Business Excellence activities to continuously improve business performance in the defined area of responsibility- You will be required to deploy process excellence, lean standards, description of methods and processes with the respective documentation.- Drives and supports analysis of strengths and weak points of current business, identifies improvement areas and supports coordinated target setting across functions- Analyze processes or disruptions, identify weak points and bottlenecks, develop solutions and support implementation- Propose improvements based on key workstreams such as Risk assessments and other Environment, Health and Safety reviews, Idea management and other Kaizen/improvement programs and evaluate benefits/costs, oversee its roll out and provide respective reporting to all stakeholders- Facilitates best practice sharing in their organizational unit and beyond-
- Provides transparency on status and progress and contributes to reporting and communication

What you need to make a difference- Demonstrable leadership and influencing skills- Experience at leading people (preferred)- Proven track record of developing and implementing successful improvement plans- Strong communication both verbally and written- The Warehouse Business Improvement Professional (BIP) is a self-motivated, result focused and team player who achieves results through others, being able to deliver projects by coordinating with other departments, external suppliers & contractors the implementation of improvements needed- BIPs can deploy tools with the team, by explaining, training and coaching their colleagues- They have knowledge of Warehouse, Six Sigma and Project Management- Desirable to be IOSH qualified and to have experience on risk assessments- Microsoft office - Professions level- SAP knowledge - Desirable
