We are currently seeking Business Improvement Professionals to join our team based in Hull.

You will initiate, support and coach Production Excellence, lean activities, and structural optimizations on production area level. This is an opportunity to lead on ensuring business excellence improvement plans are scoped and executed on behalf of key Functional Stakeholders in line with Strategy in to Action drivers.

This is a challenging and varied role in which every day will be different.

Some of your key tasks will include but not be limited to:
- Driving and supporting all production excellence and lean activities in the defined area of responsibility- You will be required to deploy production excellence and lean standards and description of methods and processes and respective documentation- Consulting with operations staff and accountable management in production excellence and lean topics and helps deliver execution of projects and opportunities for improvement- Analysing processes or disruptions, identifies weak points, develops solutions and supports implementation- Proposing production excellence and lean projects, evaluates costs/benefits and oversees its roll out- Monitoring and tracks improvements triggered by improvement programmes and provides respective reporting to all stakeholders-
- Participating in work groups/projects and meetings and facilitates workshops

What you need to make a difference

Passion for renewable energy and a sense for the importance to lead the change. We are also looking for- You to have some experience at Team Lead level or equivalent preferably manufacturing environment- Demonstrable leadership and influencing skills- Proven track record of developing and implementing successful improvement plans.- Experience of lean techniques and current management best practice- A natural problem solver you are highly analytical with developed decision-making skills- Experience of developing Production Processes from scratch- You are a strong communicator both verbally and written- A good understanding of health and safety requirements of a working environment
