Hire Resolve, a specialist Recruitment firm, is seeking a Quality Assurance Specialist to join their client in the metal manufacturing industry. In this role, you will drive strategic initiatives to enhance quality standards and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement quality control processes to drive continuous improvement
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies for implementation
- Monitor and evaluate the success of quality initiatives and make adjustments as necessary
- Conduct audits and inspections to ensure compliance with quality standards and regulatory requirements
- Analyze data and trends to identify areas of improvement and develop data-driven solutions
- Provide training and support to employees on quality control processes and best practices
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field
- Proven experience in quality management or continuous improvement
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of quality control principles and methodologies
- Experience with quality management systems and tools
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
