Doodle Products Limited is a fast-growing online retailer which has doubled in size in the past 3 years and therefore, we are looking for a new **Customer Service Administrator** to join our team.

Customer Service Administrator - **The Role**:
You would be working within a busy warehouse in an office role dealing with parcel deliveries and listing products online.

Telephone skills are essential for this role.

**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Receive electronic orders
- Print Order dispatch and shipping labels for customer orders,
- Listing products on sales channels - computer skill essential
- Any other relevant Admin tasks, as required
- Must have previous experience in a customer service role,
- Stock control and warehouse experience is desirable,
- Excellent telephone manner,
- Administration experience, preferably in a warehouse environment
- Experience using ecommerce an advantage.
