To strengthen our team, KARL STORZ Endoscopy (UK) Ltd have a vacancy for a **Recruitment Advisor **to be based at our offices in **Slough**. This role would lend itself to a Hybrid Working arrangement, but you must be able to commit to 3 days per week in the Slough Office.

**About the role**:

- Provide full support to hiring managers on planned and approved vacancies, managing the recruitment process from start to finish and recruiting individuals within agreed timeframe.
- Growing and maintaining relationships with hiring managers and provide the primary liaison between hiring managers and recruitment agencies
- Actively participate in interviewing and selection activity, including Assessment Centres
- Support the onboarding process for new starters
- Ensure compliance with agreed Recruitment Policy, and that published forms and templates are used

**About You**:

- You will have proven experience of recruiting within an in-house team or a similar environment that involves dealing with confidential information.
- You will have have proven experience of managing multiple, complex roles
- Able to deal with conflicting demands and work calmly under pressure
- Experience of direct hiring tools, such as job boards and LinkedIn Recruiter
