**Main purpose of job**:
As a Recruitment Coordinator to support Slough HR in the delivery of change, innovation, efficiencies and continuous improvement.

Help prepare and manage:

- recruitment campaigns
- specialist individual recruitment
- Managing and supporting recruitment packs
- Managing recruitment processes using systems
- Regular data management in Agresso

**What you will need to have**:

- Previous experience of dealing with recruitment.
- Broader HR experience.
- Understanding of the recruitment lifecycle.
- Confidence to manage internal stakeholders.
