Job title - Divisional Coordinator

Location: Slough/Hybrid - 2 days onsite

Contract length: 12 months

Hours: 37.5 Hours per week

Rate: £16.95 per hour

Randstad Sourceright, a leading provider of RPO & MSP Recruitment Services is currently recruiting for a Divisional Coordinator to work for the world's leading manufacturer of chocolate and confectionary products.

The Role:

Looking after the supply leadership team, carrying out a variety of duties including;

● Looking after the divisional manager and his reports

● Sorting expenses and arranging travel

● Arranging factory tours and making sure kit is ready for the tours

● Monthly supply debriefs

● Day to day operations

● Arranging vouchers for the monthly winner

● A small amount of diary management

The job will be based in Slough and will involve daily contact with Senior Managers, face-to-face, via email or Teams.

Responsibilities:

● Occasional Calendar Management - link in with peers and other associates locally and globally to organise meetings, ensuring a well-planned diary for each senior leader and anticipating next steps.

● Some Travel management: working with their travel provider to book flights, hotels and taxis.

● Team meeting management: plan, organise and coordinate large scale meeting logistics, including venue sourcing, delegate listing, video & audio conferencing and catering for the separate teams these roles support

● Purchase order requests: raise purchase requests on Ariba. Monitor and follow up to ensure timely payment of invoices. Link in with suppliers and various commercial teams where necessary.

● Create templates for senior leader presentations as required

● Timely communication of events, key updates or issues to associates using Yammer and/or email or other. Distribute communications (email/Teams) as requested

● Expense Submission: Ensure all expense receipts are submitted via Mobile Expenses within 30 days

Key Skills and experience required:

● Previous experience in a coordinator role

● Good administrative skills

● Able to use business systems and pick up new systems

● As this is a varied role, various types of experience will be considered.

● You will need to have relevant skills developed through work experience
