We are a small company based in London. We offer support to people with hoarding behaviour and self neglect.

We are looking to recruit a full/part time outreach worker/driver to work all over London and the south east.

The role will involve working with vulnerable people in there homes to de-clutter and clean their properties. This often involves working in cramped or unsanitary conditions.

We would require:

- A full and clean UK driving licence
- Experience of providing support to vulnerable adults either in a volunteering or professional role
- A thorough and up to date knowledge of health and safety issues relating to vulnerable adults and the ability to work in partnership with local housing, social care or similar agencies
- A thorough and up to date knowledge of safeguarding vulnerable adults and children local policies, protocols and good practice
- The ability to work flexibly to meet customer needs and service requirements, including working evenings and weekends where the service requires it
- Ability to communicate effectively with customers, staff and any associated agencies.
- A kind nature, non judgemental attitude and a good sense of humour.
- A current DBS check.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Temp to perm
Part-time hours: 32 per week
