Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Youth Support Worker to join our team. As a Youth Support Worker, you will work closely with students who require additional support to engage with their studies. Your role will involve providing academic assistance, helping students build confidence, and fostering a positive and motivating learning environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide academic support and guidance to students with SEND
  • Help students build confidence and reach their full potential
  • Foster a positive and motivating learning environment
  • Work collaboratively with the teaching team to develop and implement individualised learning plans
