**Schedule: Monday to Friday from 09:00 am to 05:30 pm.**

**The Role**

**Responsibilities**
- Manage all recruitment activities
- Preparing and posting effective job ads online
- Conducting initial screening interviews
- Arranging interviews and managing the offer and pre-onboarding process
- Greet and assist interviewees onsite
- Process background and reference checks
- Handle staff records and paperwork
- Assist with new hire onboarding
- Work with our HR system (staff, applicant tracking system, etc.)
- Being a key contributor to the wider HR team, working to develop people strategies that ensure that we attract, engage, enable and retain our employees

**Desired Skills**:

- Proven experience in recruitment or other related HR roles
- Strong knowledge of the hiring process (screening, interview, assessment, onboarding, etc.)
- Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken and able to develop positive working relationships across all levels and functions
- Effectively handle multiple priorities, organize workload and meet deadlines
- Fluency in English
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Great attention to detail
- Experienced in using HRIS (Sage would be advantageous though not essential).

**Salary**: £30,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
