Job Summary: Kiwa IFC Certification is looking for an Administration Co-Ordinator to join their friendly and fast-paced Admin team for a 6 month fixed term contract. This role will help to support the team of inspectors/auditors delivering the requirements to our certificated companies across both installer and manufacturing businesses and well as providing customer service support to these clients. About the role:

- Handling of new enquiries from both existing and potential new clients
- Support auditors/inspectors/Sub-Contractors with projects as required
- Customer service support to IFCC clients across all areas.
- Maintenance of accurate and up-to-date Client records on the company’s management system
- (Deltek-PIM) and the company’s website portal database
- Coverage of incoming calls for IFCC
- Support and cover to other members of the IFCC Operations Team
- You may be required to undertake other tasks not listed here to fulfil business needs

Do you have what it takes?:

- Experience in a similar role and / or NVQ Level 3 or equivalent qualification in a related discipline
- Be able to produce neat, high-quality work with excellent attention to detail
- Be flexible, proactive and enthusiastic, with the ability to prioritize work and work under pressure
- Be able to work in a fast and efficient manner
- Be an efficient computer user, with solid experience with MS Office
- Be able to work under own initiative
- The ability to work cohesively with all stakeholders for a mutual outcome
- Aptitude for accuracy
- Experience of B2B and C2B and CRM systems would be advantageous
