**Document Co-ordinator - Job Description**

**Overview**

Each Vertec project undertaken involves the purchase and installation of roofing and/or cladding products and equipment. At the end of each project, the Document Co-ordinator will need to collect information relating to the warranty and maintenance of these products, from the suppliers. Once this information has been received, it needs to be collated and issued to our clients in the form of an Operations and Maintenance (O&M) manual.

**Key responsibilities**:

- Overseeing the collation of the Operations & Maintenance information.
- Issuing the completed O&M information to our clients.
- Updating and managing the O&M Tracker.
- Prioritisation of workload based on project end dates.
- Support to the Document Manager and Design team as required.
- Provision of some administrative support to the general office as required.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent telephone manner.
- Ability to build positive relationships with colleagues and suppliers.

**Salary** - £24,000 - £26,000 (dependent on experience)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £24,000.00-£26,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- No weekends
