We are looking to appoint a permanent **HR administrator** within it’s HR busy team. You will have an exceptional customer service approach and enjoy working in a fast paced environment face to face with our internal and external customers. As a highly skilled administrator your attention to detail and ability to work to tight deadlines will make you stand out. Adaptable and receptive to customers and sudden changes you will demonstrate a strong team ethic and like working as part of a team.

To be considered for this role it is essential that you can demonstrate the following:

- Level 2 English and Maths - or willingness to work towards.
- Excellent administrator with recent, long standing experience in an administrator or office-based role.
- Excellent customer service approach.
- Experience of working in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience of working with confidential information.
- Ability to contribute to effective teamwork.
- Objectivity and sensitivity in dealing with difficult situations.
- Demonstrate excellent communication skills both written and oral.
- A well organised and methodical approach to work.
- Able to work accurately with strong attention to detail.
- Strong customer service skills and experience.
- Excellent computer skills including Word and Excel.
- Self-motivated and enthusiastic.

**Salary: £22,071**

**Full time, 37 hours per week, all year round.**
