Hours: Monday-Friday _(_Mon-Thurs: 8:30am-5pm Fridays 8:30-4:00pm)
Benefits: Early finishes on Fridays and Breakfast and Lunches are paid for
Pay: £10.50 - £12 per hour (Based on experience)
HR GO Recruitment are looking for a Administrator for our busy family run business with over 25 years' experience in the trade. This role is a Temp-Perm opportunity.

Job Responsibilities
- Be responsible for the smooth running of multiple Construction projects, including arranging appointments and schedules.
- Act as the key interface between Finance and the wider business to ensure accuracy of reporting.
- Support the Quantity Surveyor(s) by overseeing the financial and operational progress of the assigned projects whilst communicating with the client throughout the process.
- Strong communicator with good attention to detail.
- Experience in an administrative role is desirable.
- Good Microsoft Word and Excel skills
- Ability to analyse, interpret and present information
- Ability to prioritise and work to deadlines multi-task and prioritise without the requirement for regular direct supervision
- Knowledge of Filemaker (bespoke database) is advantageous but not desirable
- Knowledge of Sage and Purchase Order processing is advantageous but not desirable
For the right person once 12 weeks has been completed there will also be the opportunity to become a contract controller
