Administrator
This role is working for KBR who are a key supplier to major Aerospace customers where compliance and accuracy of work is vital in the industry and daily operations.
You will be office based on an Aerospace site within a small local team of people in a professional environment where you will be responsible for the provision of administration support to the KBR facilities in Yeovil, Bournemouth, Basingstoke, Olomouc and Penang. All training will be provided therefore work experience is desirable but not essential. It is a full-time role, 37 hrs per week with the options of flexitime and hybrid working and many more company benefits.
The successful applicant will be self-motivated, enthusiastic, and hard working with good communication skills. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with the appropriate skills to join a highly motivated and pleasant team.
**Key Tasks**:
- Invoicing
- Raising orders
- Generating quotations
- General filling
- Act as a point of contact for suppliers and customers in an appropriate and efficient manner
- Tracking income and expense using Excel
- Inputting data to the calibration database
- Maintain administrative processes and procedures
- Additional ad-hoc tasks with-in or aligned to required skills and experience
**Qualifications, Experience & Skills**:
**Essential**:
- Ability to work as part of an integrated team or individually as required
- Effective communicator both verbal and written
- Good Microsoft Office skills
- Good organisational skills, ability to manage their own time and workload
- General IT knowledge and file handling experience
- Experience with technical and administrative document control procedures
**Desirable but not Essential**:
- Working knowledge of SAP / Workday
- Full UK Driving Licence
