Metro Production Group is looking for a Project Administration Coordinator to join their team in London.

We are looking for a pro-active, self-motivated individual who is punctual, reliable and who adopts a flexible mind-set and approach to their work. You will need to be able to work on your own initiative and be an effective team member and communicator.

For this role we are open to discussing the possibility of flexible start and finish times. We are looking for someone who can commit to working 2 days from our offices in SE11 with the remaining days working from home or the office.

The role will include, but is not limited to;
- Providing office support in the control of all aspects of project management, e.g. client liaison, supplier liaison ,preparing purchase orders and invoicing
- Booking Freelancers and maintaining the Freelance database
- Preparing Quotations
- Assisting Event Producers with a wide range of event related administration duties
- Coordinating agendas for team/client meetings
- Booking travel: hotels, flights etc.
Requirements for the role:

- 2+ years in a similar role and/or significant administrative/office secretarial skills
- Excellent knowledge of using Microsoft Office Packages: Excel and Word
- Excellent written skills
- A self-starter who is highly articulate, organised
- Ability to communicate with people of all levels
- A team player, capable of working independently on assigned tasks
- Comfortable dealing with demanding clients, instinctively helpful
- Previous experience of working in a technical production or AV company (Desirable)
