**Job Summary:** We are seeking an experienced Project Coordinator Administrator to join our client's team in Central, West & South London. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day operations of document control and project coordination/administration across various sites located in London.

**Key Responsibilities:

- Manage document control systems, ensuring accuracy and completeness of documents;
- Coordinate with site teams, sub-contractors, and consultants to ensure timely delivery of documents;
- Establish and maintain electronic document control systems, including ACONEX and Plexus;
- Ensure compliance with quality procedures and company standards;
- Provide training and support to site teams on document control systems and procedures;
- Champion document control standards, efficient flow of documentation, and handover processes.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years' experience in document control and administration;
  • Proven track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities;
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
  • Familiarity with ACONEX and Plexus document control systems.
