**Job Title: Internal Sales Administrator**

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide administrative support to the sales team
- Assist with the preparation of sales quotations, contracts, and presentations
- Maintain and update customer databases and sales records
- Coordinate sales meetings and appointments
- Respond to customer enquiries and provide product information
- Monitor and track sales activities and follow up on external and internal sales enquiries
- Prepare sales reports
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth sales operations
- Assist in the development and implementation of sales strategies

**Experience**:

- Proven experience as a Sales Administrator or in a similar role
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of CRM software is a plus
