Due to continued growth, my client, a family run chocolate manufacturing and distribution company, are looking for an experienced B2B Salesperson to join their team. Based just a few minutes from the centre of Bury St. Edmunds, this is an exciting new positionfor someone that enjoys building rapport with customers and maximising sales.

**Hours**:
Monday - Friday
9am - 5pm

**Responsibilities and Duties**:

- Researching companies and qualifying leads
- Making proactive outbound calls to new and existing customers
- Building and maintaining good customer relationships
- Sending sample boxes and following up with phone calls to receive feedback
- Processing orders, booking and tracking deliveries on courier portals
- Answering incoming calls in a professional manner
- Accurately inputting information to the company's CRM system
- Thinking of new ideas to help grow the business
- Maintaining supplier relationships and order placing
- Maintaining internal sales, supplier and stock databases
- Be willing to attend trade events within the UK

You will be fully computer literate and have used a variety of database and CRM software, and be confident navigating and updating databases.

The job is five days per week, Monday to Friday. This role is office based, on the Bury North industrial estate. A drivers license is preferred but not essential as there is potential for visiting customers and working at trade exhibitions and events.
