Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales Administrator to join our team. The Sales Administrator will provide administrative support to our sales team, ensuring smooth operations and efficient communication with clients. This role requires excellent organizational skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively.

The job involves to Duties will include:

- provides information to customers on products and prices;
- fields telephone enquiries and online enquiries from prospective customers on behalf of the sales team;
- prepares sales invoices and maintains records and accounts of sales activity;
- handles customer complaints or forwards them to relevant member of sales team;
- carries out general clerical duties.

**Salary**: £21000-£26500 per year

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Graeter Manchester : reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:
Sales administrator
